ok, you know when you're looking for something specific in google images, and then you find.... not what you were looking for, but something 10 times more amazing and perfect than what you were looking for in the first place? well, I have dreamed of such moments... and it only has happened twice. the first time was when I googled "sweater demon" (go ahead and ask... I dare you) with the exorcist in mind, and I actually found an exorcist sweater concept... yes, sweater concept

ANYWAY- I shall set the scene... I was looking for a picture reference of a certain kind of dental gag (a whitehead dental gag to be precise) as I needed it for a graphic novel/comic thing I'm working on (if someone says manga I will stab them... with pacifist mind powers?) well, I need a pic of someone wearing one... so I could properly transfer the design to fit creature anatomy (if you haven't noticed my creatures have narrowish long muzzles) and for the love of existence I could not find it! all the pics of people wearing dental gags were with a Jennings dental gag (this one was too nice looking for my purposes) but then... a miracle happened! out pops this wonderful photo!

it had never occurred to me to use a pic of an equine dental gag! perfect!


in other news... I have to feature people! who wants some? the only condition is that you have to do the same thing in your journal... if you grab a slot, I'll pick 3 of my favorite things from your gallery and put thumbnails of them here (I'll also comment and fav on them because I'm awesome like that) I have 10 slots, so who wants it?
